Our Cancellation & Lateness Policy

National Nutrition Clinic aims to provide an excellent service to our patients. This requires us to have expert practitioners on site at our clinics to carry out the appointments which have been booked. Late cancellations and no-shows make it impossible for us to book another patient into that session, so we incur all the costs of the session but receive no payment. If this was allowed to continue, we would have to raise prices to all our patients in order to cover the costs of the 'no-shows'. We think this would be unfair! 

In order to avoid this, it is our policy to ask for a deposit or advance payment in respect of all appointments. We recognise that circumstances may change, especially in respect of appointments booked well into the future. Therefore, provided you contact us at least 48 hours before the appointment is due, we can re-schedule the session and carry your deposit over to the new date.

We regret that deposits cannot be refunded for appointments cancelled at less than 48 hours notice. To cancel an appointment, please call us on 020 8948 1248. If the phone is unmanned, please leave a message. We will get back to you to re-arrange your session.

If you are late for your session, please call us as soon as you can with an estimate of your time of arrival. If the practitioner has another patient booked in immediately after your session, your session will start as soon as you arrive and terminate at the agreed time. If there is not a session immediately after yours, any extension beyond the agreed time will be at the practitioner's discretion.
